Peter Bozzo

The Bozzo family come from modest farming origins. Peter has a diverse agricultural background, whereby he has predominantly managed over time with his family cultivating various farms. As such, he has been devoted primarily to producing eggs and stockfeeds.

Peter has grown up working closely with his father and family learning over the years all about business. He is proud of his farming heritage where significant contributions are made to the economic sector of communities.

Hence, such strong ties to fundamental family nucleus and values. It is within his own DNA and constitution that he wishes with great pride to provide those critical foundations for families right now and of the future.

Recently successfully delivering ‘Lotus Apartments’ and ‘Oakwood’ projects in Keysborough, Peter has said it is now our focus to bring a new breed of whole community residential developments.

Moreover, Peter wants to achieve unique results of urban design with the utmost respect for sustainable community. It is his vision and mission to importantly foster the old fashioned simple feeling in the heart and soul of a ‘neighbourhood’ and a true place to call ‘home’.

Daniel Smith

With over 16 years of experience in the property industry Daniel Smith has overseen the delivery of a number of diverse and complex developments spanning retail, aviation, golfing, residential and commercial projects.

In his seven years at Macquarie Group as National Construction Manager and then later, General Manager Victoria and South Australia, Daniel was instrumental in the design, development and operation of three championship golf courses and five award-winning master-planned residential communities.

With a proven track record as a Project Director responsible for the overall management and delivery of multiple developments, Daniel holds particular expertise and is highly experienced in planning, development, construction, financial analysis, cost surveillance, deal structuring, stakeholder administration, built form design and planning approvals.

Daniel has an astute strategic and analytical approach and judgement in managing projects and teams. His comprehensive knowledge and skill set takes into consideration not only each project’s design and construction but also how the sales and marketing strategy interacts with and drives product delivery.

Prior to Macquarie Daniel worked at some of Australia’s most respected private and corporate companies including Australand, Galvin Construction, Peter Brett and Associates and Executive Homes.

Nicole Mutimer

An experienced administration professional with over 20 years exposure to a wide range of industries, in particular Property, Banking / Finance and the Arts.

Having worked many years at The Australian Opera (& Opera Australia following the merge with the Victoria State Opera company), Nicole was responsible for overseeing database and ticketing management and was a key member of the Marketing team with various responsibilities as Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator under this umbrella. Furthermore, she also worked very closely with the Development Department in terms of delivering repertoires and working with an extraordinary team over many Summer, Winter and Spring Opera seasons in both Melbourne at the State Theatre and in Sydney at the iconic Sydney Opera House.

Having been up until recently with the Macquarie Group for ten years under the real estate/property arm in the position as Office Manager, she has worked on residential developments such as multi-award winning ‘Springthorpe’ - Macleod, ‘Kensington Banks’ – Kensington (Winner of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence 2006), award winning ‘Settlers Run’ – Cranbourne (Medallist, Greg Norman Championship Designed Golf Course) to name just a few.

Her experience at Macquarie Group over ten years has extended into Office Management, Key member of Architectural Review Committee panels assessing and approving home designs, (Including regular site audits) and working closely with numerous and well know building companies and home owners; Assistant Project Management (Including Civil related works); Assistant Transaction Management; Project Management of establishing and opening operational Sales Offices and Display Villages; Contract and Settlement Administration, Sales, Marketing and Site Management of developments.

Kylee Jessen

An accomplished Project Manager with experience in all phases of development including planning, design, delivery of civil infrastructure and landscaping works.

Has extensive involvement working with various councils and associated industry authorities, including managing the rezoning and development plan approvals of projects together with the management of project tendering and contracting requirements. Kylee has acquired excellent expertise at overseeing the implementation of the day to day operational aspects of projects together with programs and deliverables. This also extends to including the management and supervision of civil project consultants and contractors.

Kylee worked several years for Places Victoria/VicUrban on key projects such as Riverwalk located in Werribee and urban renewal projects within Docklands like Victoria Harbour, Batman’s Hill, NewQuay, Docklands Studios and Yarra’s Edge. Up until recently with Victoria Investments and Properties on the 7000 lot master planned Woodlea project located in Rockbank North.

Kylee is excited to be on board with the Lotus Living team and has reached a point now in her career where she truly believes the long term vision of the development is just as important as the delivery. Kylee adds significant value to our Lotus Living team and is passionate about leaving her own footprint to those future communities we are building and the industry for years to come.
